Queer Lit Bingo 2016

I didn’t manage to finish Queer Lit Bingo this year for a multitude of reasons. I created this bingo challenge half-way through the year and then slotted the books I’d already read into the squares, but leaving me with a lot of books to read before the end of the year. I was more concerned with completing the squares rather than finding books that I liked and accidentally killed a bit of the enjoyment of completing a reading challenge and reading new books you enjoy. And I also read a bunch of books by queer and trans authors that didn’t match any of the squares.

But that’s all ok. I read 21 excellent books by queer and trans authors this year for bingo. And I’ll revamp the challenge for 2017, making it better and giving myself more time to complete it.
